REPRINTS
Please note that all Journal articles published after
December 1996 and EM articles published after March 2000 are
available from the A&WMA Online Library. A&WMA members can access and download
these articles for free; the price for nonmembers is US$15.00 per
article download.
For Journal articles not published between these dates, the
following options are available:
Single Reprints
Single article reprints can be purchased directly from the
Journal’s Editorial Offices, for delivery via e-mail (as a
scanned a PDF file), Postal Service, or fax. Ordering information is
below. The cost per article is:
US$15.00 A&WMA members (requires current member ID)
US$20.00 all others
A shipping & handling charge of US$2.50 is applied to each article
mailed or faxed within the United States and Canada, and US$5.50 for
all other locations. Rush order requests are subject to an
additional surcharge of US$20.00 or more.
Multiple Reprints
Multiple reprints of articles are also available. These are produced
on a high-quality photocopier in booklet form, stapled in the
center. Please contact the Editorial Offices for pricing
information.
BACK ISSUES
Complete copies of many back issues of the Journal and
EM are available. The cost is US$30 each for members, US$35 for
nonmembers, plus shipping & handling (US$4.50 within the United
States and Canada, US$7.00 for all other locations).
OTHER MATERIALS
The following A&WMA materials are also available from the Online
