ARCHITECTURAL
WALKING TOURS OF THE PASADENA AREA
The Convention Center is located approximately at number 6 on the
map below.
The Pasadena Convention and Visitors Bureau developed 10 walking tours
that provide an introduction to the city and its extraordinary collection
of architecture. A brochure with detailed maps of all 10 walking tours
will be available onsite at the conference information table, but
a general area map is shown below, with the various walking tours
identified by numbers 1 through 10. A description of each walking
tour can also be downloaded (see below).
Pasadena is unique for its concentration and diversity of landmark-quality
buildings dating from the late 1880s. But more than isolated sites,
there are whole neighborhoods of distinction. These tours are selected
fragments of Pasadena neighborhoods and may be combined or serve as
a point of departure for your own explorations.
