**A guest is a spouse or family member of the registering conference attendee who has no affiliation with the field of exposure science and is not eligible to become an ISEA member.  The conference attendee must register his/her guest at the time of his/her own registration.  Only one person may register as a guest of a conference attendee.

***Daily Registrants will need to specify their day of attendance when registering.

Attention Students!  A Student Poster Contest will take place during the conference.  Travel scholarships are available.  For consideration, indicate your student status when submitting your abstract.

Cancellation Policy & Conditions

Name changes / substitutions / modifications:

Before September 30, 2007: modifications / name changes are accepted.

After September 30, 2007: a processing fee of $75 will be charged for any registration modification / name change.

All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail post or fax, NOT email) to the Conference Registrar.

Refund requests:

Before September 30, 2007: $75 will be withheld for administrative fees.

After September 30, 2007, no refund. Requests for refunds made after this date will not be considered.
