Rates and
Policies
Delivery
To keep
customer
costs down,
A&WMA tries
to use the
most
economical
means of
shipping
items in the
Online
Library.
This
generally
means using
a major
courier’s
(e.g.,
FedEx)
ground or
economy
service.
Lightweight
orders, such
as single
CDs, are
usually
shipped by a
non-traceable
service both
domestically
and
internationally.
Please note
that a
delivery
address and
delivery
postal
code—not a
P.O. box or
P.O. box
postal
code—are
required for
all
shipments.
Shipping &
Handling
Shipping &
handling
(S&H) is
based on the
weight of
the total
order. The
shopping
cart will
automatically
total and
display the
standard
U.S./Canada
S&H charges
for each
order.
However, if
the order
weighs more
than 100
pounds, the
cart will
automatically
display $0
for the S&H
charge. An
order this
size can
still be
submitted
online, but
customers
must contact
A&WMA
directly at
onlinelibrary@awma.org
to obtain
and approve
the S&H
costs, which
will be
added as a
separate
credit card
charge.*
International
Orders
As noted
above, the
shopping
cart will
automatically
calculate
shipping &
handling
charges for
orders
within the
United
States and
Canada. For
most orders
shipped to
addresses
outside the
United
States and
Canada, it
is important
to note that
the shipping
& handling
amount
displayed in
the Cart may
not be the
actual
total.
International
customers
can still
place their
orders
online, but
their orders
will not be
completed
until they
have
communicated
with A&WMA
Headquarters
(at
onlinelibrary@awma.org)
to obtain
and approve
additional
shipping
charges,
which will
be billed
separately
to their
credit card.
If the
customer
does not
contact
A&WMA within
30 days, the
order will
be cancelled
and the
credit card
used for the
purchase
will be
refunded.

Rush processing is
not available for international
orders.

Please note that all
overseas duty and brokerage charges,
including GST and value-added taxes,
are the responsibility of the
customer and are due upon delivery.
Only exact value amounts will be
declared on customs forms. Please do
not ask us to list a value other
than the actual value of your order,
as we cannot accommodate those
requests.

Some international
transactions may require that a copy
of your Credit Card be faxed to us
for verification purposes.

We reserve the right
to cancel any order at our
discretion, and will not be held
responsible for any orders cancelled
due to suspicious activity, failure
to provide necessary order
information, attempt to ship a
credit card order to an address
other than the cardholder billing
address, or invalid payment
information.
Regular and
Rush Orders
A&WMA’s
policy is to
process all
orders
within 5
working days
of receipt
of full
payment.
Depending on
the shipping
address,
some orders
can take up
to a month
to arrive.
Customers
requesting
expedited
processing
and shipping
will need to
order
directly
with A&WMA
staff
(+1-412-232-3444)
and will be
charged a
rush fee
based on the
weight or
number of
products
ordered
(minimum
$20).

Note that we
cannot expedite/rush orders
on items that we do not keep
in inventory. This generally
applies to items that are
available to A&WMA members
only. A&WMA members
requiring expedited service
on these items can contact
the publishers directly, but
the discounted membership
pricing will no longer be
applicable. |
Discounts
A&WMA member
prices are
discounted
for most
items. This
member
benefit is
not
transferable.
Items sold
at member
discounts
are for
personal use
only and are
not for
resale.
Returns
Returns will
be allowed
and refunds
granted only
at our
discretion.
Returns must
be made
within 30
days of the
shipping
date. All
shipping/handling
charges are
the
responsibility
of the
customer and
all items
must be in
resaleable/new
condition
(note that
any
shrink-wrapped
products
must be
returned
with shrink
wrapping
intact).
Returns are
subject to a
20% handling
and
restocking
fee, which
will be
subtracted
from the
original
cost of the
item.

additional
shipping &
handling
fees are
required
beyond those
calculated
in the
shopping
cart, or if
A&WMA
requests any
further
information,
the customer
must respond
within 30
days or the
order may be
cancelled
and the
credit card
refunded.
Product and
final
shipping &
handling
fees will
only be
guaranteed
for 30 days.
